Visitrac City Survey by Lynn Jones Research

The Visitrac City Survey, developed by Lynn Jones Research, is an online survey and benchmarking tool. York is one of a number of participating cities and the continuous survey allows Visit York to compare the satisfaction of our visitors with the performance of the other cities who take part. This highlights our strengths and our weaknesses, so we can take action accordingly.
