From the A1 go onto the A168 dual carriageway to Thirsk, then onto the A170 heading towards Scarborough, this road goes through Helmsley. Or A1, exit A64 dual carriageway to York north bypass then B1363, signposted Helmsley.
By Public Transport:
Take the B1363 from the York outer ring road and follow the signs to Helmsley.
